David Ffoulkes-Jones - Chief Executive Officer

David has worked for WDS since 1996, joining as an Account Manager. Since taking over as CEO at the beginning of 2000, David has been responsible for developing and executing the core business strategy of WDS, managing and leading the growth of the company.

David has a background in customer relationship management, general management, sales and marketing and a technical education with a BSc (Hons) degree.

Craig Rich - Chief Marketing Officer

Craig was one of the founder members of WDS.  He has a background in solution sales, technical support and integration in the retail sector and was instrumental in developing the support solutions, training materials and testing methodologies that WDS was founded upon.

Today, Craig is responsible for the company brand and positioning and ensuring that the WDS portfolio is aligned to the current and future market. Additionally, Craig is responsible for delivering the technology Roadmap.

Michael Bateman - Chief Financial Officer

Michael has worked for WDS since 1999 and is ultimately responsible for the finance and compliance.

Michael has a strong financial track record in industry but also time in practice. His roles have included Systems Auditor, Group Auditor, Management Accountant, and Financial Controller before CFO with WDS.

Michael has FCCA qualifications, following a BA (Hons) degree in Sociology.

Gary Leake - Chief Operating Officer

Gary has worked for WDS since 2003. Gary is responsible for managing and aligning the Company's business operations globally. In his role as COO, Gary owns the customer relationships.

Prior to his current role, Gary held the role of Regional General Manager for WDS in the Americas. Here he helped to establish a customer base comprising some of the region's largest wireless brands.

Gary brings to the role a wealth of experience gained from senior finance, operations and management roles, primarily in the technology and professional services industries. Gary is a graduate of the University of Washington Foster School of Business and holds a CPA certificate.

David Bowes – Chief People Officer

David has worked for WDS since 2003. In his current role he leads the Human Resources function and is responsible for ensuring the organization as a whole develops in line with the business strategy. Prior to this, David held the role of Regional General Manager for WDS in Europe.

Before joining WDS, David was the COO for a mobile technology company based in Finland and has also held positions in London, Eastern Europe and Singapore in the telecoms sector.

David is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
